Terms and Conditions:


  1. The Campaign Period will take place from 1 September 2022 at "00:00:001" to 30 September 2022 at "23:59:59". 
  2. All entries received outside the Campaign Period will be automatically cancelled.
  3. To participate in the Campaign, participants must purchase a minimum RM30 worth of Claire products (in a single receipt) at Claire Organics Official Website // Outlets : Gardens Mall/ Publika/ Starling Mall/ Sunway Pyramid/ Sunway Velocity // Selected Business Partners' Outlets (Aeon / Watsons / Metrojaya) // Other E-commerce Platforms (Shopee / Lazada).
  4. Participants will need to submit their entries via Google Form (Contest Submission / Mod of Entry).
  5. After purchase, snap a clear photo of receipt and fill in details such as Name, NRIC, HP Number, Email, Others & upload receipt in Google Form. The receipt uploaded must clearly included Date and Purchasing Amount, any uploaded receipt that failed to do so will be disqualified.
  6. Participants can upload as many entries but every ONE (1) receipt is eligible as ONE (1) entry only. Each receipt can only be used once. Campaign entries will be disqualified if the same receipt is used more than ONE (1) time.
  7. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other prizes.
  8. All entries received will be allocated a serial number based on the following Proof of Purchase matrix: Every incremental of RM30 (purchase of Claire products) will be given ONE (1) Serial Number. For example, RM30 = 1 Serial Number, RM60 = 2 Serial Numbers, RM95 = 3 Serial Numbers, RM132.90 - 4 Serial Numbers. 
  9. An increase in purchase amount will increase the number of Serial Numbers generated.
  10. The shortlisted Winner shall be chosen through a Randomizer Process subject to meeting the minimum criteria as set out in the terms and conditions herein.
  11. Campaign Prizes (10 winners): Grand Prize: UNVEIL THE NEW CHAPTER (worth RM453) x1 winner // 1st Prize: MAGICAL CHARMS (worth RM192) x1 winner // 2nd Prize: Personal Experience (2 individuals) with Claire DIY Workshop (worth RM158) + MINI SOOTHER (worth RM21 x2 qty) x2 winners // 3rd Prize: MAGICAL SHIMMER (worth RM125) x2 winners // Consolation Prize: Claire Gift Cards Voucher (worth RM30) x4 winners.
  12. If the Organizer is unable to reach the winner after 3 attempts in 7 days from notice date, the Organizer has the right to choose the next eligible participant as a winner.
  13. Prizes are awarded on a "as is" basis and the Organizer reserves the right to change the specifications and colors to be provided. Specifications and colors may differ from visuals and images that appear on printed materials.
  14. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value at any time at their absolute discretion without prior notice. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
  15. The shortlisted contest winners will be notified via the WhatsApp and / or via Phone call by 7th October 2022. All prizes must be claimed within 1 months from the notice period. The prize will be invalid and withdrawn if the winner fails to claim the prize within the stipulated period. The Organizer will not entertain any request for a deferment of the grace period.
  16. Prizes will be available to collect at all Claire branches! Delivery fees will be charge according to distance upon postage request.
  17. The Organizer reserves the right to appoint a third party to handle the process of verifying the Campaign winners and for the purpose of delivery of prizes / merchandise.
  18. By accepting the Contest prize, the winner will therefore indicate that authorization is given to the Organizer and its agencies to use the names and / or photographs of the participants for publicity, advertising and / or marketing purposes without any notice and / or compensation.
  19. The Organizer also reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or suspend this Contest in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control.
  20. The management of Claire Organics®️ reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at its absolute discretion without prior notice.
