HOW TO USE
Best for spraying on your pillow, linen, cushion, indoor or bedroom to create a calming atmosphere that helps promote a sense of relaxation and well-being. Promote good sleep.
TIPS
Spray about 4-6 times before sleep. Slowly breathe in through your nose for 4 seconds. Then, slowly breathe out through your mouth for 7 seconds. Keep breathing in this cycle until you slowly drift off to sleep. This helps to prepare your mind and body to total relaxation before falling into deep and quality sleep.
