Melaleuca alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil, Eucalyptus globulus (Eucalyptus) Leaf Oil, Cinnamomum camphora cineoliferum (Ravintsara) Leaf Oil
✨HOW TO USE:
1. Inhalation: Add a few drops to a diffuser 30 minutes before bedtime, or place on an essential oil inhaler to enjoy the uplifting aroma.
2. Massage: Dilute with a carrier oil (e.g., Avocado or Jojoba) at a 2% dilution ratio. Gently massage onto areas of tension or discomfort, such as pulse points or the soles of the feet, to promote relaxation.
3. Bath Time: Add a few drops to your bathwater for a soothing and aromatic experience.
4. Meditation & Yoga: Use in a diffuser or apply to your palms. Inhale deeply during meditation or yoga sessions to enhance your practice.
