Terms and Conditions

By signing up to our Team Claire Ambassador Program, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Your participation in this program is solely for this purpose: As an authorised Team Claire Ambassador, to legally advertise our website/ brand to receive a commission on products purchased by your referred individuals, via your exclusive ambassador link.

Links & Promotion

On acceptance of the terms and conditions, ambassadors will be supplied a unique ambassador link to share on their social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Wechat) to advertise Claire Organics? products. To be eligible to earn revenue, customers must use the ambassador?s link to make purchases on Claire Organics? official website.

Fees & Payment

• The standard commission rate is 10% of the total sales from the customers that purchased using your ambassador link.
• Ambassador?s commission shall be credited to their given bank account by the 5th of the following month and the sales will be recorded and calculated based on the website?s system.
• Ambassador fees are calculated based on the MYR prices and will be paid in MYR.
• The management of Team Claire may change the program or service policies and operating procedures at any time.
• All ambassador summary details are available via the Ambassador Dashboard under ___ icon (top right corner) > Team Claire Ambassador. You can track the number of purchases, up-to-date revenue, and next transfer amounts.

Ambassador Responsibilities

• You are only eligible to earn Ambassador payments during your time as an approved Ambassador.
• You shall not share any defamatory, disparaging, or offensive content to any products or businesses, or be contrary to any religious belief.
• You will be responsible for the messages conveyed to the customers.
• Inaccurate information by the Ambassador concerning Claire Organics? products that may cause complications to customers? skin condition or harm the company?s image will be dealt with legal action.?
• You shall not resell products on other marketplaces such as Shopee/ Lazada/ any e-Commerce website. Only Ambassador links can be used.?
• You may use the graphics and text provided to you by us, or you may create your own as long they are approved by Team Claire management and are deemed appropriate according to the conditions above.
• You are required to attend ALL coaching sessions or meeting of this programme.

Termination

This agreement will begin upon your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the Team Claire Ambassador Program and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this agreement at any time. To terminate please contact us at hello@claire.my. Any violation of these terms may result in, termination or suspension from our Team Claire Ambassador Program and loss of any outstanding payments earned during the violation.

Important notes

• We have a zero-tolerance for spamming and using our Team Claire Ambassador Program for unwanted, mass communication. Any complaints received due to misuse of this program will result in the termination of the agreement and forfeiture of the accumulated commission.
• Any Team Claire Ambassador imposters will also be dealt with legal action.?
• If you cancel your Team Claire Ambassador account and have unpaid ambassador commissions, these will also be cancelled along with your account.
• We reserve the right to update and change the terms without notice. Any modifications to these terms are available at any time under www.(T&C link). If you continue to use the Team Claire Ambassador Program, you are agreeing to any amendments made to the terms.
• We reserve the right to change the ambassador fee structure at our discretion or disqualify ambassador fees earned through fraudulent, illegal, or questionable sales or marketing methods.
• All fees are exclusive of all taxes, charges, levies, assessments and other fees of any kind imposed on your involvement in this agreement and shall be the responsibility of, and payable by you.?
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
